We have many spare parts and can troubleshoot just about anything but it is not uncommon an unseen problem will require a call to tech support for further help. While it is our passion to serve satisfaction to our customers, we may encounter scheduling delays along the way due to uncontrollable operations such as shipping delays or back ordered parts. We believe in doing right by our customers so in the unfortunate circumstance a machine is deemed unrepairable by Paper Cutter Pro, you will not be charged.

We understand urgency in downtime and will make every effort to get to you as soon as we can. Service outside of DFW will need to be scheduled in advance, additional charges will apply when overnight stay is required.
